  • 3 Ingredient Sausage Cheese Balls are perfect for Breakfast Christmas morning, and all of your holiday get-to-gathers or parties, morning, night or middle of the day folks grab them and gobble them up! They are crunchy outside and soft inside. They are loaded with flavor and really satisfy your hunger. Make some and keep them in the fridge for all your unexpected holiday guests. Don’t let company leave your home hungry! These sausage balls can be kept in the refrigerator for about 5 days or frozen for months.
You can cook these in a skillet with a lid on it and in an air fryer. They are delicious all by themselves or dipped in jam, apple butter, maple syrup or gravy. My favorite is gravy.
    Put God First! 😊

We have been making sausage balls for +30 years. I have discovered that it is easier to mix the sausage in to the bisquick and cheese if you let it get to room temperature first. I have also discovered that it works well to put the ingredients in to a 2.5 gallon ziploc bag and knead the bag until everything is well blended. Sometimes I add garlic and herb seasoning. They are best when just coming out of the oven but they do also heat up well in the microwave. My daughter says that the smell of sausage balls baking on Christmas morning is a favorite childhood holiday memory.

Made these back in Home ec back in '89! Loved them. Been married 25 years and never made for them my hubby. We watched your video yesterday and he requested them so I made them this morning. Super easy & delicious! A new favorite of his! BTW- I did use my KitchenAid to mix with the dough hook. SUPER fast and uber easy! Thanks so much! Merry Christmas!

Thank you for the gentle reminder that this season is about hope, joy and peace. Our son passed this year, and I needed that reminder. I’m making sausage balls for a potluck breakfast at work tomorrow. Was wonderful to make them along with you, and receive this much needed Word ❤️. Have a blessed Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Bless you sweet lady as you share your recipes and your faith in our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I pray that you and your family will have a joyful and blessed Christmas given your present circumstances. I can relate to you as I have been spending the last 30 years alone without my family and I too have the joy of the Lord in my life even though I tend to grieve during these special occasions. I do know that Jesus is alive and will be coming soon to rapture us home to be with Him and our loved ones. Love to you from your Sister in Christ, from Ontario, Canada. 🥰♥♥♥

I found your channel about a month ago... and this morning your Johnny Cake video popped up. I decided to watch it- because who doesn't love some good corn cakes?! <3 But it amazing how the Lord put that video on my list to watch. Just last night, I had a friend say she is struggling with forgiveness. A few days before, another Sister in Christ said the same thing. And all of a sudden, your video pops up speaking on just that thing!! God is good! Shared it with them both this morning. <3 Thank you for such sweet videos! <3 God Bless you!! Maranatha!

I've made these over the years and they are so yummy. However, I made these over the Thanksgiving holidays for the first time with ground turkey sausage and a bit of garlic powder. OMG!!! Sooooo good!!!!
