Batare is tea time snacks normally found in Kalimpong.Batare,lollipop,churpi,sausage.fambi,aluthukpa these are quit famous in kalimpong.If any guest is comming from Kalimpong they have these as kosale.Batare is made with flour,sugar and oil after twisted it will be deep fry in oil.
