      I agree with you- or maybe I’m missing something too.

  • @mohammedghafar6929
    @mohammedghafar6929 Před 5 lety +1

    I'm a little confused. Please explain.
    1. At around 8:10 you draw the cardiac axis with lead 1 at 60 degrees and then point to lead '3' on the diagram and say "This is the lead 2". So either it was slip and you meant to say lead 3 but then the angle of view for lead 3 is 120 degrees, or you really did mean lead 2 but then the diagram is labelled wrong but I don't think thats the case since i've seen the diagram labelled the same way elsewhere.
    2. You drew the angle of view for lead 1 (in red arrows) as being superiorly, but then on the cardiac axis its drawn as horizontally. I get if it wasn't directly superiorly because you explained that the depolarisation is more towards the left electrode but completely at 0 degrees on the cardiac axis?

  • @anivi70
    @anivi70 Před 6 lety

    Vishnu Sir good lecture however Einthoven's triangle Lead III and Cardiac axis lead III markings are not the same? they are marked on different sides, when you explain you are saying from the left side of the heart, cardiac axis LEAD II and avl, lead 1 V5 v6 , little confused can you please clarify that ,

    • @elishaj9394
      @elishaj9394 Před 5 lety

      i got a bit confused too. but its correct in both areas. you have to look at the direction of the leads so its easier to look at lead II than lead III. lead II goes between right arm and left leg and is drawn in the same direction on the axis circle drawn too. hope this helps.
