      It all depends on the budget, if you are looking for a property in just 50 lakhs then I don't suggest you to enter the current market.

    Rhythm county in Noida extension is another builder who has sold society shops multiple times which is a fraud. Never buy a property in Noida , greater Noida unless the builder has got OC and CC from authority

      Nirala estate new phases sale price is high and floor layout is compact.
      There are internal post possession issues which are disturbing like mandatory fixed club membership high charges apart from monthly maintenance charge. High meter charges and mandatory minimum 5 kva has to be taken. Per kva fixed charges are also high. No npcl meter. There may be other hidden charges which buyers are not aware right now as builder is hiding it.
      No transparency + each facility available in club is charged additionally apart from mandatory club membership charges.
      New parking given now to buyers are open as they do not have adequate covered parking available.
      These things salesman or brokerers on youtube Will not tell you. So choose wisely.

      Mein to abhi wahi kah Raha hoon ki rate virtually bhade huye Hain but abhi bhi property mein invest karne ke bahut option hain. Agar aap Yamuna aur Greater Noida ke plot ya puraane flat ke baare mein bologe to mein yahi kahoonga don't Invest.
