  • I installed a set of Endless MX72 brake pads in my stock brembo calipers. I trust these brake pads a lot, especially with titanium shims. Please like comment and subscribe. If you have questions please feel free to comment below. Enjoy!

I've been running the MX72+ for over a year and they're hands down the best pads I've used. Few extra tips for you since I've swapped my pads out a few times now:
    1. Buy new hardware! Those pins are in pretty bad shape (rust, etc) and new hardware is reasonably priced from Lexus. Makes things a lot easier when you're not fighting rust.
    2. Those pads do support the brake wear sensor. It mounts just like stock, you shouldn't leave things hanging. At a minimum, loop the sensor wire back towards the bleed valve and zip tie it in place.
    3. Instead of using pliers, I'd recommend you use a small "punch" tool to hammer the pins out. The kit I got has a small flat punch that I'm convinced was designed for these brakes.

Good advice but those are actually just covered in brake dust, simple solvent or WD would fix it.

Great vid. I would recommend cleaning and putting light lube on each piece (pins and retainers) during the reinstall, especially if you see rust. Also a good opportunity to clean the calipers.

Like your videos quality as always. When one pad is wearing more than the other it's a sign of sticking pad. You should always clean the caliper top and bottom where it makes contact with the pads, usually with a wire brush and also the pins to allow free movement. I recently installed dynamic friction active performance from rockauto and I really like them. Did one track day and the brake feeling was great and great stopping power. Dust is not bad this far and best of all it's $80.

Most likely the sticking pad is a result of the salt and snow here in Germany. The rust messes up a lot of components.

Hi Huang, I am also an owner of an RCF and have been contemplating replacing my brake pads recently. I wanted to inquire about your experience with the Endless MX72 pads. I noticed that the video didn't provide much information about them. By the way, I was also curious to know which brand of brake pads and discs you are currently using, Thx:)

The MX-72 is street and track oriented while the MX-72 Plus is more Track Oriented but streetable.
