A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you. The women asked, O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion? He said, Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man? They replied in the affirmative. He said, This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses? The women replied in the affirmative. He said, This is the deficiency in her religion. Explain this please
This does not apply to todays world, the specific case he is talking about is when you contract a loan and commit it to writing. Even if I grant the fact that women back then had less knowledge about finance, a lot of women now do. The Quran is supposed to be TIMELESS, which means no matter what era the message shouldn't change and morals and rules should still apply.
thats not true at all. that is not the message. you are forcing it😂😂😂 fiqh is principles that have different outcomes in different situations which has always been the case. you are forcing muslims to accept your own version of islam or to not be muslim
Female burial bath ....janzah gusal of female ... only if there is no female available anywhere at all (like you are in forest etc) then the husband's testimony can be accepted
