If we had a pick this year it would have been top 4 and we would have gotten hold of Clingan. If we had #1 or #2 we would have traded down and still gotten our guy, 2017 style 😏😏 given the macro decision to ride Steph into the sunset, which I disagree with, I trust our FO to manage our current assets well. It is really something how the player types of Buddy and Klay have converged over their careers. We're basically running it back, I don't think Clingan would have played a much different role than Trayce in 2024-25, given our continued Steph/Dray/athletes framework (which, again, I disagree with), so this is definitely the draft to miss out on, for us, even more than other franchises. 🤷 Play- in again for us I'm expecting.
As a Perth Wildcats fan I have no idea how Sarr had so much hype around him. Last year he was one of the worst offensive players in whole of the NBL. He was decent on defence but not because of defensive IQ, just he’s size and athleticism compared to most of the NBL is what padded his stats

He seems to be a 6’1 steph curry in terms of his play style. The spurs are better off with a CP3 and Stephon castle duo interchangeable at point guard with devin vassell at the 2 guard then wemby, sochan, and then Keldon Johnson maybe harrison barnes.
