Yep, aspartame, or anything with "itol" (like xylitol in sugar-free gum) in the ingredients makes a person's blood platelets sticky. Where, while the blood flows through the veins, they stick and build a dam and makes the blood pressure go super fast through the vein and it also can cause the blood pressure's force hit a weak spot and blow out the vein's wall, causing an aneurism/stroke, or a heart attack.
