Hey mate, hell of a year, on and off the field with playrs... just wondering if you can shed some light on the pre season specifics .. for example what times the forwards will run the broncos in, how much aerobic running you do etc etc?
There's no specific stuff on CZcams and for a park footballer would be cool to see what the bench mark is.. cheers
