- One of the very first tunes I wrote nearly 15 years ago, Otter Creek is still one of my favorite tunes to play on banjo. It’s named after a river that runs through Middlebury, VT where my mom’s family is from. I remember writing it in my dorm room sophomore year at Ithaca College longing for those warm summer days in Vermont. It was the title track of the first Ken & Brad album back in 2011. We still play it in nearly every show!
