How to raise youtube volume. Goto Speakers icon on task bar. Click it on then click on the second Speakers icon at the top. A Speakers Properties window will pop up. Select enhancements tab and you will see a menu. Click on Loudness Equalization box, then select OK or Apply. Either one will work, except you have to close the window first for OK to work. That's it. This will make youtube much louder.
