She stated, "The makers put the show's 15 years old legacy on my shoulders and it was a huge responsibility." She also opened up about the sudden ouster of her co-stars Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honemukhe from the show and stated that it felt like she was back on day 1 of Yeh Rishta. Samridhi also reacted regarding the reports of not getting along well with her co-stars Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha.

To be honest, the chemistry is not working. Shehzada and Samridhi genuinely had that spark, but with Rohit, there is no magic despite Rohit being a good actor. Unfortunately, with this change, the character of Armaan has lost its spark. But Sam as Abhira is💗💗🤌🏻.
