I have worked in Korea for onsite work and went to many restaurants there. Where did you get the information that Indians are not allowed in the restaurants there? There are some clubs in Seoul where foreigners are not allowed, not just Indians. Also there were previously few clubs where they excluded people from South Asia due to misbehaviour by some South Asian men.
You are just google and check, even you tube is filled with experiences. Its good to know that you have not been a party to it. But that doesn't change the entire scenario.
