More than 5 years ago I found a new community cat near my house so I went onto FB asking if there were any feeders around my neighbourhood or I would call the SG SPCA for help. Immediately I was lambasted that calling SPCA meant that the cat would be PTS. But recently I followed a SG cat rescuer on IG who explained to me that SG SPCA has since changed its policies⊠Just wondering why was there a PTS misconception? Was it some ugly rumour or misunderstanding?
