  • If you're looking for a perfect sear, this quick and easy Air Fryer Steak recipe is just the ticket. You'll just need to season up a filet mignon, ribeye, or even sirloin with some salt and pepper, then pop it in the air fryer for 10 minutes or so. This fool-proof method yields a tender steak with a delightfully crisp crust every time.

We now have two of this exact item, the Instant Pot Vortex 6 Qt. Air Fryer czcams.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . The friend just had a second one delivered a few days ago so we could take it to our lake house. We have even given a couple as gifts. And we use ours regularly. It is a killer for warming up leftovers. It is killer for warming up fries when you bring them home from the fast food place. It is killer for cooking a lot of things. It does its job fast and it does it well. This is simply one of the best items that you will ever spend money on for preparing food. And, its hard to imagine someone making one that's better than the Instant Pot Vortex.

You, generally speaking, should season the steak immediately after cooking - versus before - and let it rest a couple of minutes after cooking without cutting it. That resting time is precious time for the inside to be cooking in its juices and provide some extra flavor.

A preheated air fryer looks exactly the same as a cold air fryer. You press the preheat button and when the preheat cycle is done, the unit turns off. Then you put your food in, close the drawer, select the settings you want and press the go button.
