I had my 2021 GLE 350 in for 24 month service on 8/09/2023. The following day I noticed that the MBUX system was really slow to load. About 1-2 minutes before the Mercedes logo goes away and I can pick a user profile. During this time the radio is silent as well. What I have observed is that the Mercedes logo initially appears and just sits there for a long period (1 or 2 minutes). At some point, the screen goes black for a couple seconds and then returns to the Mercedes logo and then loads normally. The Navigation app failed to load as well, and remains down. Although this appears to be a software issue, the dealer tells me they have tried three times yesterday to reset and/or upgrade. They said they would continue to work on it today. The car is still under warranty, so it's theirs till it's fixed.

I hope they'll be able to solve it for good

Want to hear something scary? I'm heading to the dealership to buy the 2022 GLE 350 tomorrow and I don't understand any of this. God help me...

How do i make the right side of the screen full view. After I had a crash some settings were reset and I can't remember so the right side is smaller view than the left side and it's driving me crazy

Hi, so if I understand currently one of the dials of the driver display is smaller than the other?

How do I change the right gauge to show the RPMs like you have it in the video?

Ok, so highlight (in blue) the right instrument gauge with the steering wheel button. Than scroll in the long list of options until you find the rev meter. Or you can change the Theme to Classic.

Hi. Well it should be in the setting under date and time settings. You may try the Hey Mercedes command, but I guess it won't work. Let me know if you manage to get it sorted.

Yes I figured it out to go to setting several times before it gave me different options ,
