- 48 Hour San Pedro (Ambergris Caye) and Caye Caulker, Belize Travel Guide with the best things to do in Belize. Day One we do a Boat and Snorkel Excursion with Inland and Sea Adventures to Hol Chan, Shark Ray Alley, Coral Garden, and Caye Caulker. Day Two we rent a Golf Cart to drive us around San Pedro to our DIY Authentic Belizean Food Tour, where we try Stew Chicken, Rice and Beans, Fry Jacks, and Salbutes at Neri's Tacos and El Fogon. After the food excursion we check out Secret Beach and then take on our scariest adventure yet, a night snorkel in the pitch black ocean. It's interesting that most of the food looks red, in Asia it's green, in India it's brown or yellow. Spice and plant colors in different countries define the life styles. Awesome!
That is an interesting idea never thought about that! Will definitely keep our eyes out for the different colored foods in other cultures we love food details 😁

Excelente video is always! Whichever one of you is doing the editing, definitely quit your day job lol. As I am a lover of the water, but I'm currently living landlocked, this video calms the soul. I was hoping for more Seafood but I will happily take the fish tacos LOL. I truly hope you did not give up van life, it's what you share to the rest of us, is most engaging.

Do they use dollars, or do we need to, exchange money?
They use USD, but we chose to pull out Belize Dollar out from local ATM.
Could you live on Ambergris or to small?
Ambergris is actually pretty big. Not sure what the realestate market is like but the San Pedro area is only a small portion of the caye.

Ambergris is 25 miles long a little over a mile wide. Will Mitchell is a great realtor who owns the Remax franchises down there. He has a CZcams channel with lots of information.
