Thanks for checking out this video! If there is something specific you want to see covered on this series let me know here!
I wanna know, where you find your sound effects???
Onbeatman I want to know how you come up with your ideas for brickfilms
Do you listen to anything while you animate? Like music or podcasts?
Onbeatman what camera do you use/recommend?
Animating fast movements
I legit didn't know you could remove tiles that way with a LEGO remover until this video... You're teaching without realizing it haha
Ah that was very impressive indeed, glad that you show some of your tips and tricks as some are actually pretty helpfull to improve people in the craft. Well done, man and keep up the good work!
You really are an inspiration for brickfilmers, these tips will help me a lot, I just need more pieces my backgrounds are always jungles and forest 😅 really love this video
Thank you for replying to my question! This series is gonna help out with my Brick films, although I know a lot of the stuff, it's still really cool.
Ayayaye
Hi bro you are so cool
I am in for a treat now. 🙂
Oh yes 20 minutes of brickfilm talking!
Nice I loved it
You should go in depth on the best way you edit your videos in terms of pacing and/or effects, and how to do it most efficiently.
Great tips here Gus, thanks! I'll definitely use some here for my next brickfilm.
More starwars stuff I love the starwars vids
Lil JMR don’t worry, Working on a super epic Star Wars film right now! 👍👍
I love that you make more weekly videos!
Perfect series, I love the idea of it and you're pulling it off real good! Some great tips and tricks that I definitely will use myself. Keep it up man!
Waited so long for this kind of videos... Unfortunately I've sold my lego cuz I've stopped with sm... Sad :(
This is really great, man. Looking forward to more.
Incredible work, rlly well done and truly inspiring!
I’m so happy that this finally came out! Thanks for these awesome tips! Also, what lights do you use?
Ay no problem! I say what lights I use at 12:00 in the video - but I will have a whole Episode on lighting soon!
I just really wanted to say thank you so much for this series
Thank you for your tips. It helps me a lot. 👍👍😎
Can you do how to build effective backgrounds without greenscreen?
Hey man I saw your comment and thought I’d pitch in. You can use photoshop to composite a scene together and make it into a printed backdrop. This is what I’m doing in my upcoming animation and it works very well.
Ryan Films Animation Thanks I’m working on a lot bigger project at the minute so may try that!
Very useful video! Thanks a lot!
Thanks, helped a lot 😜
This will be very helpful
Thx so much
Cool
Awsome
Thank you for the great tutorial, I am heading towards creating better sets and lighting for my animations
I know it's sad but when making brickfilms, I don't even use bricks, I use cardboard for backgrounds. I don't have enough Lego and it works well sometimes.
No problem there - don't have to break the bank to start making films!
@@Onbeatman Thanks! These tutorials have been really cool!
So good video 😁
I know some people would criticize me for this but getting knock off minifigs and sets would be the thing to do for either background stuff or a large army. I recently ordered a Lepin Venator for only $120 on an eBay bid.
Whatever enables you to get started is great. No criticism from me for saving some money. No need to needlessly break the bank if your goal is to make films and tell stories! :D
@@Onbeatman thanks man.
I have a question though. Which software should I use for stopmotion? I have a canon rebel camera and a Mac computer any recommendations?
Happy Mother's Day!
Onbeatman I am using box as my set building (to make wall), do you have any tips to make it stand on baseplate?
What software do you use to edit your videos
✍️
How can you speed up some parts or slow down certain parts
What camera do you use
I use the canon t6i Righ now!
Shrek
What FPS do you use?
I do everything at 24fps right now!
@@Onbeatman Oh ok. What do you suggest for me starting out?
@@mb_films. I would suggest 12 or 15. I(and many others)started at 15 but a lot of animators are starting at 12 now. A lot of professional animators(all the way up to Hollywood) animate at "24 on twos". This basically is a fancy way to say that they mix 24 and 12 fps in the same shot. So it really is up to what look you enjoy more!
@@Onbeatman Okay wow thanks!! Your videos have helped me so much for my own channel!! Thanks again!!
@@OnbeatmanIf you have time, check out my stop motions on my channel
Or, Just make a 3D model scene and green screen your character. Problem solved lol
