A crashed transport aircraft, being reclaimed by the jungle would look pretty neat, and could be a good focal point for mission objectives. Loving the build so far! Keep up the good work sir.

    in regards to "inverse basing"
having inwards curves ,especially on forest type terrain, is vital, makes you able to put them denser together. and makes all your forest bases semi modular.
They wont be as modular if you cut them out "inverse bases" from a single larger oval base, but semi modular is still better than nothing. Anyway all forest bases should have some inward curves, especially the larger the base the more important it becomes.

As a suggestion for some things that might work well for Burma stuff would be to find some of the aquarium decoration ruins and then upgrade that with foliage for it. I've seen several that have the Burma temple ruin look that would be perfect with added vines and greenery growing out of it and around it.
You could also work on some nice rock formations with the denser foliage on and around it to add more of a vertical shifting look to the end board than just a flat plain...possibly some jungle rivers and streams as well.
And that's without the more "modern" buildings the locals might have built...modern being the non megalithic construction in this case

thank you for all of your time and dedication that you've put into this channel Mel , but i've got a question to ask . Where do you get most of your materials for cheap like the plastic plants for example ? they are mostly pretty expensive in my country. are there any places to recommend to get these from ?

uh another thing, any tips for how to un-warp mdf, I have a few pieces that are just slightly warped(one end hovers about a millimetre above the table when i put them down.). I now realize that I should have sealed the back as well, as the slight seal that i applied to the working surface. It doesn't sound right to seal the back before it being warped back to straight. any tips would be come in handy?
in my case im working with 3mm mdf.
