The US ratified treaties for the ICJ but did not sign onto the ICC. So technically the US Senators could be tried for threatening the ICJ as the US has agreed to be a part of the ICJ. The ICC has no jurisdiction because the US didn't agree to it.

Settlers are protesting everyday , and destroying aid . Aid is perishing in queue to enter Gaza . Isreal has said to let Palestinians starve . What cruel way to drop aid in the sea , and on top of the demolished buildings . All borders must open now , enough is enough .
