Good Food Bro visited Panthashala, one of the finest Bengali restaurants in Shantiniketan, inside the Panthaniwas housing complex. The restaurant specialises in Postor Bora, and Ilish er Martha die kochuri shak. He had Bhapa Ilish, Desi Murgi r Jhol and Pora Moshlar Mangsho in the main course. The kitchen has many known and unknown Bengali recipes that are not readily available in nearby restaurants. Interestingly, Panthaniwas is also Shantiniketan’s largest housing society. ভেজাল ছাড়া পোস্তর বড়া এক অতি উপাদেয় খাদ্য। আপনারা ঘি দিয়ে খেয়েছেন, সেটা আপনাদের পছন্দ। বাকি খাবারের দাম যা দেখলাম, সেগুলি যথাযথ বলেই আমার মনে হল। পোড়া মশলা দিয়ে মাংস কোনোদিন খাইনি, ব্যাপারটা মাথায় রাখতে হবে ওদিকে গেলে। আর দেশী মুরগির স্বাদ খুব ভাল যদি ঠিকমত সেদ্ধ করা হয়। সব মিলিয়ে এর পরে যখন যাব, ওই দোকানে একবার খেতেই হবে 🤪 তবে একটু দূরে, এই যা। ভাল ভিডিও হয়েছে🙏
