Why did Mr Kakar and Jilani in their recent US visits mention Hinduism born in Pakistan and a distinction between Hinduism and Hindutva! A trial balloon or change in policy.

Not Kashmir, its POK turn.
Good discussion. Union Teritory status is a better status and highly beneficial for common people than state status, except the politicians. Benifit of UTs are many special schemes and privileges are offered to citizen and politicians are less powerfull. Most of the developed small states of India were UTs in the begining 15 -20 years of their state hood. This is good for common people of jamu Kasmir.
