Dear Sterling, thank you so much for this amazing practice session that is very helpful for navigating step by step towards this magical zone. Cordclosure, regulation of subglottic pressure and airflow are such essential elements! You explain it fantastically! Experiencing that with this approach, one can sing with so much more ease and possibilities! You're excellent in your conscientious and structured way of encouragement! You teach me so much more! I'm a big fan!đŸ€©

This really made a difference , could you make a video about throat tightness in higher pitched? I usually feel out of breath (or like im holding my breath in too long even though ik high pitches require less air) when i sing high but i can reach pretty high notes like an F#5.

Thanks Sterling! Just joined your Patreon. This is awesome! How much attention, in this warm up, should I pay to larynx drop? I'm getting obssessed with it since your "verticality" mention suddenly made it click for me!

Hmm, interesting question. It’s certainly an integral part of this stuff but it sorta depends on where you are in your journey. Trying to force and combine too many things at once can sorta make things worse and give one “over analysis paralysis”. I’d say be “aware” of it , try to incorporate it in if you can but move forward with whatever technique you find to be working for you first.

Sterling. Another great video. I just think you need a make over. Let’s start but cutting off those sleeves. Then a trip to hot topic. Then we march on Saratoga on a parade of rainbows.

My falsetto is way to airy , how long it takes to convert into a head voice sound

A while... Some of us have almost no falsetto:) Keep it quieter sounding and take some time building coordination.
