    Its sad that the leagues in Ex Yugo countries are kind of boring. Like the only time in serbian league one serious match is happening is btw Partizan -Zvezda. Its the same with croatian league (hajduk - dinamo ), bosniak league etc.
    The Yugoslav league was easy top 4-5 best league in Europe also because of its old policy the best players often stayed long in the club which is reason why they often did very well in European tournaments.
    Nowdays the clubs are just selling their talents to bigger clubs in order to survive their economy.
    Of course happy that last Year both Partizan and Zvezda managed to go to the knock out stage in Europa league, as I am happy Dinamo managed to go to the knock out stage in this years Europa League.
    Napred Balkan!

      absolutely not true for Croatia...
      Croatian league right now and last few seasons is pretty competitive all around. Rijeka, Osijek, Hajduk, Dinamo playing 50-50 matches, with Lokomotiva immediately behind

    • @danielmedjedovic7068
      @danielmedjedovic7068 Před 5 lety

      Dinamo still wins the league, rare teams as Rijeka wins. There was more competition in old days, Crvena Zvezda - Dinamo was one of them it would pack the whole stadium and the atmosphere was amazing (before the war of course).
      All the biggest teams frm ex Yugo countries into one balkan league similar to old Yugoslav league would be amazing for football, of course huligalism and nationalism between the supporters are still there.
      Might be a thought to remember if UEFA decides to scrap Champions League and instead make a super league :/

      @@danielmedjedovic7068 Who cares what yugoslavian league was, it was a corrupt serbian biased league and national team, just like whole country was. No one in Croatia wants and dreams about yugoslavia again, except serbians and ex-yu commie politicians. Forget it, move on, leave us out of it, we don't want to have anything with you...it's that simple.

      @BlacMky, woah calm down. I said the league not country again. Also how can you say its corrupted when the countries and the leagues today are the corrupted ones? It was thanks to that league that the teams today have strong history.
      Maybe not, but one day people will understand that isto smo vi, and that we are in need for each other even if people (mosty naive nationalists) wont admit it.
