Hi do you prefer loulou or the envelope bag? Would appreciate a pro and cons comparison video.
I personally like that the Lou Lou has a zipper, and the look of it is puffy. Whereas the Envelope is more structured. That is a great video idea!

Hi! This is a wonderful review 😁! I’m looking at this exact bag/size/color & hardware combo you have. I’m in need of a day to evening bag. And I don’t like super structured bags as they fit nearly nothing. I do have one quick question: you have the brass/gold hardware on yours, correct? Several reviews on CZcams mentioned that YSL’s gold hardware is prone to oxidizing and that’s why they went with silver. Do you find any issues with your hardware? I think black & gold is stunning! Thanks for your help!
So far, I have not had any issues with the gold hardware oxidizing or chipping. I think that it is quite durable! I agree that the black and gold combination is stunning :)
Do you prefer this bag over the Louis Vuitton Pochette Métis?
Yes, I prefer this bag over the LV Pochette Métis. I find that the YSL hardware is more durable and carefree compared to LV's. Also, I think that this bag's structure is more feminine, while the LV one is more boxy.

Thank you! It is calfskin leather, which is smooth and known to be more durable than lambskin leather
Is there a way to shortened the strap wearing as crossbody?
There is no adjustment on the strap but I have seen people use a metal buckle to shorten the chain!
Hi, is this bag heavy? I heard it gets bulky and uncomfortable when worn on shoulders.
This small size is comfortable to wear on the shoulder and is not that heavy. The medium size is heavy and feels bulky on the shoulder because of the large size and shorter strap.

I highly recommend this bag in the size small! It fits so many items and the bag still remains light in weight. The quality of the leather is also amazing. If you are looking to purchase it online, I would recommend purchasing on the original YSL website to receive the proper packaging.

Does a small water bottle fit?
There is a zipper compartment in the middle of the bag, so the small water bottle wouldn't fit too well
