I did not know where else to go to let you know I enjoy your commentary and having your voice out there with the UFC fights. That guy that made that comment absolutely does not speak for everyone. And I hope that you try to do well, as he was criticizing. Why would we want to lose you or have your worst effort. Like all things, some routine develops comfort and the security that allows one to feel like part of the operation, rather than an experiment. I have never heard of Jamie Varner at all , for anything, however I have enjoyed your input and POV when working. He's already outmatched in this matter. He's a no one that will eventually wish he had a commentary position, and you are already experienced with its demands. And you do it well. I just thought it was important to let you know. I hope it cancels out Jamie's comment. Guys that have girl's names always get catty.

Submission I'd Like To See Next - Headlock Escape to Scissors Choke (w/ body shots). Laura, this one is FIERCE! It was done in an amateur MMA match by Kayla Potts, and is one of the most decisive maneuvers I've ever seen! Kayla gets caught in a headlock, but somehow rolls out to a leg scissors choke, simultaneously dropping body shots. The opponent then passes out.
Guys PLEASE demo this! Your great step by step approach is needed. And please cover the body shots aspect (with Paul wearing a padded vest for safety), as a mix of stomach & liver strikes are involved. Looking forward to seeing this explained. Thanks!
