    Just oceans of information. And Steve says he continues to learn !! Six strings, 20 some frets = galaxies of possibilities. Wow. Sometimes I give myself anxiety over it.

      Late reply, I know, but it sounds pretty simple, like a high gain Marshall - amp or simulated. And simple isn't an insult. A hot rodded plexi or a JCM800 is the sound of rock for those of us from the 70s and 80s. Boost it with a Boss SD-1 and you're in high gain heaven. Add a bit of plate reverb and maybe some delay with the level down enough that you only hear it repeat when you stop.
