Hyundai i20N GPF delete and stock Dyno figures

- It's time to get some more sound out of the little terrier i20N with a GPF delete from RPM performance, for interests sake we also had it on the Dyno in stock form to see how it compared with big brother i30N.

I’ve done the same mod, RPM PERFORMANE FLEXPIPE and GPF DELETE, stock exhaust. Now, in n-mode so the exhausr valve is in open position, off throttle this valve closes for a short time, anyone else who has expierienced this. Does it do any harm or is this complete normql?
The mods themselves, I don’t know if there is a power gain, but throttle respons is better and the engine seems to rev faster up and down. So, I’m happy
Australian delivered cars don't have a GPF we just have a secondary cat.

Not sure what they removed as we don't have the GPF in the Australian models, it has 2x resonators.

what mods are you going to do in the same boat only put the racechip in so far
Looking at intakes and a tune, I’ve seen the 100-200 testing for the race chip made a huge difference, if only I was in euro to properly use it
So is there an actual power difference after GPF Delete alone?
It’s negligibly more, you’ve got more sound and response though

GPF delete by name of product only in this case :) gets rid of just one res

We didn’t have time but I’d say it’d only make a very minor difference, will see next time we tune it
Sure thing! I'd say it could maybe up the power by 5 to 10hp but who knows 🤣 looking forward to it
I was gonna say the same thing. Watched the whole thing to see the diff and nothing.. If it's very minor I will opt for not having a delete as the sound increase with the full exhaust is insane high for me
I’m from the uk and i went on a Dyno with my i20N and it made 208hp stock

@@arronhenderson8537 The claimed stock crank figure is 201hp, unsure what sought of dyno it was on but that would mean a 5.45% loss to the wheels, pretty much unheard of.
Did you notice the turbo lag is more profound with the gpf delete mine is more noticeable more so sound than anything else.
