- These are final appearances celebrities had before dying. In 2012, the last performance of Whitney Houston’s life was when she joined singer Kelly Price on stage at a pre-Grammy party. In 2016, Muhammad Ali’s last public appearance was at a celebrity charity event that raised money for Parkinson's. Days before dying in January of 2021, legendary actress Cicely Tyson did several interviews to talk about her autobiography. Inside Edition’s Andrea Swindall has more.

Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina wasn’t the same after her passing and ended up dying the same way after being found unconscious in the bathtub of her home. She ended up passing away after being in a coma for six months back in 2015
Her death made me so sad. You know when she lost her mom, she lost a part of her soul. And when you lose parts of your soul, you change in ways that will never be the same again.

Whitney and The champs death were truly tragic but I think the one that was absolutely crushing was the King of Pop’s death. It literally broke the internet and it couldn’t function for a day because of this announcement. It was so heartbreaking seeing John Wayne the last time he was on TV . Dying from stomach cancer, he was so thin and gaunt, a shell of his former self. Less than two months later, he lapsed into a coma and never came out. A few days later, he was gone.
