Great video, Chris! So I recently bought 3 travel suits. 4 ply wool. They are my new favorite for sure. Drapes very well and holds a crease. Breathes well too. I also feel like it’s easier for me to wear as separates as opposed to the super 120s with a bit of sheen I have normally worn in the past.
Such an informative video! This video gives me a great deal to consider as I contemplate my next suit acquisition. Also, both the suit on the mannequin and one on the man are beautifully styled. I am in the process of getting a navy travel sports coat. Fresco is on the list, as is Mock Leno. Some of the mills, life HFW, do differentiate (market) travel suit fabrics from Travel Jacket fabrics. I find the ones marketed Jackets a bit too casual (Mock Leno) for my tastes.

Good question. Hopsack is a plain weave cloth that could be in a wool or wool blend (not essentially a travel cloth). Fresco is a trademark of HFW and is a classic English travel cloth in wool, and wool mohair.
