Just picked up my Gen 7 Pro this past Sunday. Redcat hit a Homerun with this rig. Truck is badass..like the weight & how sturdy it feels. I installed the LED's.. Thanks for sharing the steering upgrade. Like your energy..as excited as I am about the Gen 7 Pro.

I found the link in one of the comments below thank you. I see that’s for an Axial ScX10 I also saw online that the differentials for this rig are made by Axial.
I went with 1inch by 1inch Angle aluminum for front and rear bumpers and brazed a front hoop too.... definitely helped offset it "feeling" top heavy. the gen 7 pro is my first ever rc crawler.... I am hooked!
Jerry Shea awesome man. I'd love to see pics. It definitely is top heavy. I got rid of everything up top. I put a super lite crapy China wheel up top for the look and painted it white. Just put stick on wheel weights inside the beadlocks. 2oz per front and 1oz per rear. Also 1/2 oz on top of the servo. She's super grippen now.

Camera was steady which is nice, Redcat is mostly a budget build I would like to know step by step where you got everything and how much. Im sold on the gen 7 myself maybe my boy and am looking for cheap mods. Steering is the biggest complaint I see on YT. Keep it fun sir!

AC RC Crawlers I love this rig. I did have a rear axle shaft break. I think it was a weak spot in the steel. Redcat sent me a replacement after I bought a pack of 2...lol It crawls awesome.
ShadesNBeardRcGuy I used to have the Redcat RS10 Crawler and I beat the heck out of it I had it for over three years and never had problems with it other than the plastic gear servos used to come with at the time now it comes with metal ones. Those trucks are awesome for the price, that is why I want to get the gen 7.

Ismael Geliga it was for an scx10 bro. Fit great. But I would recommend the high stearing kit from redcat. I did another video on it. For budget this steering link was awesome though.

Yeah. Just adjust your steering rate.
Those are the only servos I run now. Cheap and powerful. 20 bucks

I swapped my 15kg with a 25 kg, now it turns like my full size Bronco.
