I also converted to Deenul Islam but my journey was in the light of coming from the Nation of Islam, F.O.I., and a student minister Robert 3X. Seattle at the time was very productive for African Americans. And becoming a Muslim in the Nation was looked at with high regard among everybody that I talked with. But it was one day when I was traveling through the Hood when I knocked on a door where a retired Sister answered her door. She invited me in and listened to my message. But she asked me a question when had finished my talked.., “Do you God forgive?” I was lost to answer her. Tongue tied. But I thought to answer but couldn’t. I left her home perplexed. I knew I had to get the answer because someone would for certain ask me that question again. Now in those days we had a Qur’an but it wasn’t used in the Temple but it was reverence. So took it upon myself to begin to learn the Qur’an in Arabic. I did. But my belief and practices then didn’t agree with what I was learning from Qur’an. I didn’t know what to do until I meet my first Muslim friend Yahya Ahmad. Mashallah. I knew we as a people had been betrayed. Today as a Sunni Muslim I am certain that Allahu ta ala carried me throughout my period as a Black Muslim. Now it’s clear that knowing Islam is knowing Muhammad ibn Abdullah Sallawhu alayhe wa Sallam. And loving and obeying his book fufilled by apply the rules of Fiqh.

@King Christ Islam message is simple and clear: read chapter 112 in the Quran, it is just few lines. Do your search, open your heart and mind, Allah guide those who seek.
Being the messanger of Allah don't mean the messanger is equal to Allah, where does that logic come from? It's your understanding of what that means, but good luck, you can keep Christianity, and the confusion, watch something else, we have basic sense to hold on to lol.
Brother onethink that you must be not follow is Sunni. We Muslims is one and this is our identity.
And yet you chose to convert to a religion with such a violent underbelly, how do you answer when asked about why Salman Rushdie had a Fatwa out on him just because of a line in a book, thousands out in the street screaming for his blood, someone is accused of being a blasphemer and is then consigned to having to wait until some fanatic killed him. Women dressing head to toe in a gown that destroys any chance of displaying any kind of personality, you cannot even have a conversation with someone dressed in a sack, it is mind boggling that someone could overlook that total lack of progress, anyone dressed in a sack is really spitting in the eye of non Muslims by virtually saying " I do not want to have anything to do with you or your sociiety". If you cannot take this into account, then you have my sympathy. This is thev only religion that strikes fear into us.
The message for the revert "don’t be alone" is soo very important, masha allah

I follow most of the revert story and you guys are facing the same problems all over the corner. I think its BC most of us are just Muslims not Mou'meen( believers) . some of " ignorant" ,some racist and.not understanding what's thought by the scholars, luck of actions . Islam puts a huge responsibllity to take care of our neighbours even if they are non believers, late alone a Muslim ( specially a convert). We need to work on this issue seriously. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Al Hashr verse 16, Hypocrite Muslimeen paradigm is like a Devil. Muhammad verse 22 24, Hypocrite Muslimeen become Rulers, Break Up Relations, Ties, mar Set Up Corrupt System, Practices. Why Don't You Observe, Notice in the Qur'an, We Locked their Hearts, point to be noted, such companions Hearts had been Locked, Never Got Guidance from Allah. If We pursue them we too get astrayed. Hypocrite Muslimeen Deeds would not yield any Benefit in this World, Here After. Oh Messenger, Even if you pray 70 times for them, supplication would not be approved, accepted by me Allah, who were those? Hypo, Became Disbelievers kafir, After Becoming Believers. Al Fatah verse 6, Malediction, Hell On Mushrikeen men, women and Hypocrite Muslimeen men, women. Al Hadeed verse 13 14, Momin men, women Enter Paradise, while Hypocrite Muslimeen men, women proceed towards Hell, Momin let not allow Hypocrites to walk in their Noor Radiance, Momin say to Hypocrites, Shaitan Astrayed you, We were together On the Earth. Ar Room verse 32, Don't Be Amongst Those, Who Fragment Deen in to pieces, who were, are those? to be figured out, Momin knew it, don't disclose, because of backlash. Al Furqan verse 28 30, Alas ! If We Had not Befriended So and So Individual, Who Astrayed Us, Expressing Repentance On Hashr Day, Bite Fingers, who were, are those? to be identified. Momin knew it, helpless. On Hashr Day, Rasoolallah says, My Ummah Had Relinquished the Qur'an, We muslimeen read Qur'an daily, then whom did we abandon ? Rasoolallah said, Imaam Ali Associated with Quraan, Quraan with Ali, never get separated from each other till they meet me at Aabe Kausar. Quraanic verses neither Shia nor Sunni statements, Conversation of Allah. May Allah Guide Us All Towards Right Path and Seek Truth, Aameen. Celebrated Poet scholar Iqbal Described karbala as, What a Strange, Eccentric Destiny Fun with Islam, They Beheaded Hussain, With a Slogan Naaraaye Takbeer. Truth is Bitter.
Prophet Mohammed said, ' Hellfire has been created for the senseless and women are the most senseless of all.' (Khanz al-ummal). That would be the Prophet's explanation for the Quran not naking sense to you.
