This is why people are loudly expressing their hate towards Thorin. Ticks and leeches must do so, otherwise the rest of the herd thats on their side might actually learn the truth from him. This way, the sheep will not even listen to what he has to say, the drama in the posts is enough of a fix for them and their cognitive dissonance makes them affraid they might agree with him, so they choose to either not listen to his points at all or play his videos, but tone down their already toned down brains and use the remaining capacity to connect the dots in a way that i must assume they are closer to other animals that humans.
