    Research tells us that drumming at 80 beats per minute is great for our health and wellbeing. Drumming meditation at this tempo slows down heart rate, increases relaxation of the body and mind and brings us into the very moment.
    In this video I share with you a very simple frame drum rhythm in 5/4, by breaking down the rhythm and going through the sounds on the frame drum.
    I also included of my drumming meditation healing songs called Resilience to play-along to, for you to experience the benefits of drumming meditation.
