Nope I’ve done it with Bardock running into saibaman as well. Just going super fast and hitting them directly. It also helps when you attach a party go super fast
Well you’ll get those special orbs during the main battles so that’s good but you can also collect the dragon balls when it starts letting you collect them and you can just stack up as many as you want because you will need those to upgrade abilities after doing training grounds
I never used them after I leveled up goku and vegeta 250! I also went in to whis training the last one and did those a couple times for a video, showing how much easier and faster it is defeating whis after Goku Skill tree was all the way up.
Recommended doesn’t mean you have to be level 300. Also you can use this to bring other characters to level 300 if you have a level 300 character or characters I’ve done both. 😁

Yea try getting your level up a little before trying at least maybe 8-10

The last method makes absolutely no sense. The recommended level is 300 for trail of Valor like wtf?
