I couldn’t agree more dak has shown me more than enough of a sample size to know that dak is more than capable of beating up on tomatoes cans and then be blinded still like a deer in headlights when it matters most.

@@HockeyDudeJames2 Bo Nix, Michael Penix (although I'm not a big fan of him because of his injury history) and some analysts have that kid from Tulane going in the first round Michael Pratt.
They aren’t doing anything to get a high drafted qb because in the Jones mind they stole a first round qb with a 4th round pick. You better believe they are going to give Lance a good shot to show what he can do as the potential Dak replacement.
I’m not a cowboys fan, but I couldn’t blame you. Definitely don’t think rush can go against someone like Mahomes. If cowboys really wanted to maybe win 2 straight superbowls, trade Dak for Rodgers and sign AB. It’d be the most deadly qb/wr duo plus it’d open up Lamb. Once AB learns the plays, he’s a natural elite star. If he doesn’t feel like going to some practices so what. As long as he produced on gameday.

Trey Lance hasn't played much football at all, He really played one season in collage and a couple of games in the NFL. He will never make it.

Skip, why do you put so much blame on the QB, that at times was in the running for league MVP? Did you not see we have no running game, and cant stop the run? No QB can be successful like that. People often overlokk the defences Tom Brady, Patrick M, and others have, alond with a creative and effective running game. But hey, go off old man.
Pay Day, sit Dak. Play Lance, and make Dak the highest paid backup in NFL history.
Dak is not the problem in Dallas and it’s been this way long before he came along. Building a winning culture and translating that into deep playoff runs and Super Bowl appearances is something that happens when every level of the team and organization is working. Dallas doesn’t have that and hasn’t had that in a very long time because of their owner. Jerry jones has never worked a day in his life, has borrowed his way to success and failed upwards. He’s not a legit gm and a winning culture cannot survive under his thumb. Dak may not be elite in comparison to the top 5-6 guys but after that who are you going take no questions asked? I’m talking a clear and obvious upgrade. No qb is coming to save Dallas as long as Jj is running things and since he’s lived an easy life and has access to the best health care money can buy, he’s not going anywhere anytime soon. 🤷🏻♂️

@@valerio2230 I’m looking at the bigger picture. Why hasn’t Dallas had a good coach outside of bill parcels since jimmy johnson? Parcels was run off. That affects the rest of the coaching selections and team culture. That affects play calling. Why in the world is so much drama publicly displayed in Dallas on social media? What in the world is going on in that locker room? Brock Purdy is no elite qb but they put a running game around him and that organization and coaching staff runs circles around Dallas, dak would have success there. The common denominator is Jerry jones. Get a legit GM, put a strong HC in place and let them run the team without the stale stain of jj and the floor will rise.

Dak CANT beat good teams. He just can’t, and never will. At least not while Jerry and Stephen are hiring the coaches. So save the money, get rid of Dak, go 2-15, and get a #1 draft pick. That’s where this team is headed anyway. Might as well cut your losses short.
Dak isn’t a bad QB, he’s a good one, just inconsistent. Problem is he paid like a great one. He’s better than Rush and Lance, who we don’t know how good he will be yet. It’s not a terrible idea to go with Rush or Lance but not while they are still paying Dak big money. Cowboys could really be players in free agency with the extra $60M per year.

Dak was the reason the Cowboys loss to the Packers. He played so awful that the defense just gave up. And the defense allowed 35 points. Dak gave the Packers 14 points.
