Is it ok to go through the whole routine ... but only one set on each exercise until the last exercise? - I am asking due to inability to complete 3 to 4 sets and then missing out on the rest of the exercises.
If this is possible, will it be a good idea to do it in order to 'shock' your muscles and promote growth?

Well I thought I’d throw myself in at the deep end and do 3 sets of each exercise (36 sets) with 90secs rest between sets. Managed to complete the 10th set and had nothing left after that. Clocked 478 push ups in total. Gonna have a beer now. Lol.

Work on unilateral movements & more dumbbell work rather than barbell

Not gonna lie bro, I made it to No.9 by doing just x10 reps for x1 set (that’s 100 press up variations) and I am now collapsing on the wide arm side to side, I am on my knees, but I’m shot to pieces. That’s such a difference with the squeeze into the floor. , you have broken me, I’ll try make it to the end if I can without injuring myself, not as strong as you mate👍
