This is an old vid I see but I can fill in some details on the mystery bike. It belonged to someone I know and it was stolen from their work place. They ran the yellow rope around one of the forks and pulled it away with a pickup. They were stopped at the light and the truck driver pulled away too sharply and since the rope was around only one of the forks it pulled the handle bars our of the riders hands and the bike went straight down and got pulled a short distance before grinding to a halt. The rider ran and jumped in the truck, they let go of the rope and they took off. Bike was totaled by insurance. Sad end to a nice VFR 800.
