- Marking the end of an era at Starbase, Ship 30 breathes fire for the first time this week, and becomes the last Starship to ever light its engines at the launch site. As crews begin tearing down Starship test facilities at the launch site, Ship 26 finds renewed purpose, with SpaceX calling for it to prove out the new test stand and flame trench at the Massey Outpost. Meanwhile, at Cape Canaveral, with Starlink operations in full swing, Just Read the Instructions takes a vacation in The Bahamas for preventive maintenance.

Thank you Lab Padre for another awesom SpaceX Weekly Update!!!
Man! What a crazy busy week! Thanks for the concise update! 👍
RIP Pad B
As always, you all do a great job in condensing a week’s work into 14min. Great job EVERYONE!
12:15 is a great shot. Just as if I was standing there with no zooming.
Thank you, Lab.
🎉 pace is picking up!! Many thanks for those quick and reliable updates!
Another awesome very clear update and narration :)
Thanks Lewis. 🙂👍
Crazy good. Just unbelievable quality. Every weekend. Thank you so much.
Thanks Lab and team another fine jam-packed update ..
Thanks, great summary, as usual 🤩👍🏻
Thanks LabPadre team!
Who would've thought that Starhopper would become a vlogger?
Ship 26 appeared to widen as it came out of the bay!
Lighting difference
Love Hoppy still getting upgrades...old boy may not follow his children, but still proving useful 😊
Someday, I want to hear that Texas accent coming from the Planet Mars ! 👨🚀🏁
9:35, the office building will connect to Star Factory.
I love how SpaceX doesn’t bother to wash the booster. It looks like a proper workhorse.
Good to see the orbital-anti-werewolf-bullet is getting some use.
thx
So what’s up with the “rover cam?” Is it like an actual rover? Like the mars rover? Wouldn’t mind seeing a video about it!
If there is one thing Elon does well, it is developing a smooth running mass production system...
But the road leading to that system can be bumpy at times. :)
@@TheEvilmooseofdoom Which is Elon's style too... "Excitement guaranteed" lol
The most important part of the rocket developement and building proccess.
Was it Elon or Glenn shotwell as I thought she is now A manager at Star base
Agree 💯%..but also, you're a brave man for that post. Curious to see how this ages 😬
I felt like I was having a stroke listening to the constant repeated number from 11:00 and onward lol
So, how many vehicles will the new multi-level parking garage hold???
In the end.. probably not enough. :)
With ship 32 and booster 14 that’s 4 more v1 launches. The Lucky 7? And anyone think they will all launch before the end of the year? If booster 12 makes a appearance like let’s say after a wet dress rehearsal flight 4 vehicles get rolled back to get final preps and booster 12 has a static fire, there’s going to be maybe a month for pad restoration. And quicker from there hopefully
Still dying to know what ship 26 is for
Lots of people are. :)
6:21 "tandem motions" is mouth-breather for *tandem motion.*
Mouth-breathers can't sense where phrasing negates their idiot impulse to overuse suffix.
SpaceX 30. NASA 1.3
...?
👍👍👍🇮🇳
What are they going to do with the Ship 26?
0:08 this …
@@vonpredator so they just going to use it to test the stand and scrap it?
@@qadirtimerghazin probably.
No one can say for sure. If there are no engines in it or put in it then it's likely just a ground test article. Although engines don't actually mean fly but could be required for other ground tests.
@@qadirtimerghazin s26 is probably just gonna be a ship they can use to test new infostructure
Who cares about a parking garage lol
Well, I'm not hugely interested but it is part of the changes going on that will affect how the Starfactory works.
Having gone down to Boca Chica every 6 to 8 months to visit a friend who didn't let Elon drive him out of his home I can say that tragic and parking are the biggest fustercluck and severely hurt production because of vehicles parked haphazardly that have to be moved before transporters can be moved. A parking garage will mean happier and more productive employees, happier cops since their workload is less and fewer pissed off tourists and beach goers (it IS STILL an open Texas beach.... When there's not road closures. There's big pros and cons to SpaceX being there, sigh)
Stop refering to things as having "self," there no such thing as "self-propelled" that is an idiot's misuse of the term "self" to describe an item. Only Sapient beings have "self."
