With so many people making the journey to ride here, we decided to follow 8 year old kid shredders Sophie and Lyon down and see just how good they are! Needless to say we may be taking jumping lessons from them pretty soon!

Awesome MTB mountain bike jumps are not all about skill sometime u have to believe that you can do it, speed is also good because if u have more speed the further you go, and one of the most important thing is preloading if u don’t preload than you will not get as much height as you do not preload.
When you preload pull up as high as you can so you can get height and speed. First focus on speed and then focus on preloading and then jump as high as you can. BTW Do u have any tips on how to do tricks in the air?

I wish i could, but i broke some ribs last year, and now when I'm about to full send, I think about how hard it is to miss work as a father. so..... you know maybe not EVERYTHING. But I will likely push myself a little more. it's inspirational.
The calmness and candidness in Sophie's voice as she's sending these massive features is crazy, its like nothing to her.

Don't forget, kids at this are fearless because they don't know any better. Also, a hard days ride makes our bodies very sore the next day. 8 year olds don't get sore. Plus they have all the energy in the world.

The reason why they’re casing everything is because. A the kids don’t go very fast so it’s hard for the adults to get speed. And they can’t go very fast behind kids in case they go otb Because they might land on them.

Thanks for featuring some eight year olds. I am eight years old and have been mountain bike riding for about a year, crossing over from BMX. I love it, and it's awesome to see all these young riders.
Good to see children outside enjoying themselves when in this age they much rather to be in their devices and indulging in things that are not wholesome. My own little brother has outsidenophobia. You two have an amazing gift!! I'm waiting to get myself a hardtail so I can join the sport at 21😅. May The Father(In heaven) watch over you all , guide your paths in this cruel world( they don't even know😔), increase your talents and that one day you may get to know him and read his word ( The Bible). When I see children like this.....it warms my heart.....reminds me of the old times. May you have more happy days than rough ones...and courage through the rough ones. 😁👍💗

What THE HELL are they feeding kids in Provo, Utah? Absolute pure joy with those two. The calmness of Sophie's voice is striking throughout her decent. They're so small and light they seem to skim off the surface unlike older and heavier riders. They're like rocks skipping on water. These 2 Lil'Ones are the defenition of what riding ANY type of bike should be "that's nice". A BIG GROWN UP KUDOS to Awesome MTB for introducing them to US. Cheers...

My little brother does utah gravity series every year and all i can say is that my anxiety goes through the roof when i see him on the mountain. sophie is the sweetest little girl and i love seeing her on the mountain as well! so sad the poor thing hurt her elbow earlier this week😢 but she does not give up! love this sport

These kids are amazing, I’m 66, I was semi professional MTB racer in the 90’s and I don’t think I ever had their natural talent for jumps!

They launch jumps and take drops most of us shy away from, and giggle while they do it. Lol I love it. Absolutely f****** fearless. Dont see that much in kids these days and it's super refreshing to see some kiddos with huge cojones like we did back in the good ol days when kids were balls to the wall. We just didnt have shocks, helmets and armor though. Lol Bravo lil ones. Definitely future downhillers. They should have some sponsors, for real though. Get em hooked up Mo.
