500 g of salmon fillet (1/2 side of salmon)
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of mustard
Zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon of capers
1 shallot
25 g of walnuts (1/4 cup)
1 handful of chives
1 handful of dill
