I commend Raina for trying this challenge. Those sandwiches are filo/ phillo bread type and are tasty but like Raina said very dry most of the time. Raina try this challenge again with a different strategy! Maybe add honey or chili sauce to lubricate the bread

xiaohui is a beast and really smashed it but she's very quick. I don't know how to spell her name that you call her but that's what I got from your description. She's a sweet girl. You'll get it next time Raina. Try taking sips of water when the bread is already in your mouth, it helps moisten it if you can't dunk it. I'd prefer that anyway, don't like soggy bread lol. You did better than I could.

I never thought I'd see the day Raina lost
I think the shop now regrets this challenge and Xiao Hui’s advice. Raina really did not enjoy eating the dry bread. Now potential customers will have second thoughts.
For those that don’t want to go searching for the full video, she was not able to finish , she had a few pieces of bread left that was too dry for her to force down and threw in the towel about 25 mins in. Her friend finished and won the $3000 (in a different currency) and they gave Raina a $1000 prize bc she finished at least 10 burgers
