@@suzannebert3652 We are in crawfish season in Sweden right now, I actually bought 3 kilos alive of them today, we always eat the claws here but it seems that "your" crawfish are very small and have small claws so maybe not worth it for you but over here the claws can be the same size as the tail or even bigger.

IT'S A SPLIT, YES, HEADS/CLAWS WAS WASTED, BUT UNDERSTOOD IT IS A CHALLENGE SO, FOR HER TO DO THREE FULL TRAYS IN AN HOUR AND CRACKING IT WELL,, OTHERWISE AT LEAST 4HRS IS NEEDED, BY THAT TIME EV'1 HAD LEFT AND RESTAURANT CLOSED, PRETTY SURE THAT WAS THE DEAL.

I just don't get why restaurants don't boil the crawfish with the seasoning added. It's just not the same when they boil them with plain water. 😕

Real Cajun crawfish boils season the crawfish in the boil water. Also, those crawfish didn’t look live when placed in boiling water. Raina you need to come to Louisiana to Lafayette area and eat a REAL crawfish boil!! I LOVE to watch you girl!!

The reason they were so hard to peel is because when you said they were going to cook them in the beginning they were already cook.they heated them up that's like cooking them to long it makes the Crawfish hard to peel. I know I'm from Louisiana I started cooking Seafood when I was about 16 years old and I'm just turned 65.I love watching you and Joel Hansen do y'all thing!!!

Yes. No sucking out the head juice, and even threw away all the tail meat! What a waste. Who in the world taught her how to eat crawfish? Should have educated herself before acting like she knew what she was doing. If you order it, you should show respect for the animal and eat it properly, not throw half of it away in the damn trash. Same with her recent huge lobster video. Couldn't handle the shell without assistance. Why not order 3 smaller lobsters that she could handle herself? This was a FAIL as well.

yes ma'am, one of best friends is from naw'lins, right off general Taylor Blvd, and we be having, turkey necks, and pig's feet with some d&d sausage, corn and potatoes with some fried okra on the side, baaabbby, my mouth be on fire and I keep eating, because it be soooo good!!

It’s not that much when u take away the shell. For a regular person this is a lot but for a competitive eater it’s too easy it’s just gonna take u forever to peel the shells off

Just a helping tip, when doing challenges that involve lots of self deshelling, wear latex palmed gloves🧤! You can wash them and use them specifically for challenges like those and spare your hands! in Louisiana we eat ALOT of crawfish when they're in season but we cook them live. I've always been told not to eat them if they're dead before you cook them. 🤷🏻♀️. I feel like a woosie now though. I can barely handle 5 pounds and a few corn and potatoes 🤣🫣

I don't know how you did it! I can't even cook shrimp with their heads on still lol I bought the wrong ones at the market, and they are still in my freezer! If someone separated the meat for me and I didn't see the bodies beforehand, I could probably eat 30 pounds of crawfish! 🤗

A Juicy seafood just opened here. We had the best crawfish there. We had lobster, mussels, clams, large shrimp and big crawfish with Cajun seasonings. It was incredible. We spent 212$ and it fed 10 people. ♥️
