@@Wasif_Nad I can tell you what I've done since asking the question. I made a new Gmail account, got a free trial psn account, and was able to play three new characters after setting it up. However, on a side note, my hard copy disk don't work anymore and the new characters could not get past level 20 till I bought a digital copy of the game and added dlcs. My old maxed out characters are still intact under my previous accounts and I just finished leveling up all three new characters to 40 in the past 48 hrs. Now just grinding for that sweet 400 level light gear.

I had a problem making a new user acct. when im done with creating a new user in sign in with that acct my controller light turns red and saying connect your controller but if you plug itn with the cord for use for charging the controller nothings happen. And u cannot use your new acct.

under the L2 is a little hole with a button in it that’s a reset button it should reset the controller and work hope this helped 😀

Sucks that you need a US credit card and can't use a topped-up US PSN wallet (via PSN top up cards readily available in a lot of places) to get the Free trial PS Plus for that US account. But I guess they needed to get rid of that loophole... sigh.
