Last night I sat down to eat dinner- cabbage fried rice and scrambled eggs with bak choy as a side dish. Turned on youtube and lo! I see this recipe!! You had poated it just an hour before. I resisted the temptation go back to kitchen and start cooking dinner all over again. This looked so mouth drooling... So put it on top of the menu for today. All ingredients at home so why not? Thank you as always.😊
So I made the pan fried noodles tonight for dinner. I followed your recipe closely, except that I made the sauce using schezwan chutney. But I couldn’t not achieve the crispy outer layer on the noodles. I was not adept in moving and flipping the noodles though I used non stick wok. In the end I mixed the noodles with the stir fried veggies and yummy sauce. Result though was a very tasty plate of noodles with plenty of vegetables.
This is a lovely recipe. I just made veg noodles today by following this exact recipe. Thank you Sanjyot ji, for sharing. I love cooking and this one is a winner!

Mouth watering! i make this dish using Maggie noodles boil the noodles without masala in water drain it and pan fry from both sides using sesame oil its just yummm

I use normal Maggie noodles and still recipe turns out so yummy and in fact Maggie Al dente noodles taste much more delicious..
