His style of attacking play is easily countered by opposition. They sit back tight and just hit him on the counter scoring 1/2 goals and that is all.
As a coach, once u notice what your opponent want to force u into, instead of continuous attack, sit back and hit dem on a counter too. But he want to continue to attack fruitlessly with no direction and tactical hints to his players.
He's not the coach to take Chelsea back to that trophy winning moments.

I'm so glad Pulisic got out when he did. Had he stayed at Chelsea this season, it would have destroyed his career. He's improved so much at Milan. His crossing has been beautiful and his shooting outside the box has been very good. Pioli gets a lot of heat at Milan but in terms of just pure coaching, he's very good at that. If Chukwueze didn't have to leave to Afcon, he could have played Christian as the #10 more this season. He played him 4 days ago at the 10 and CP looked great there. Puli would have been rotting on the bench behind Sterling this season lol. He's also not been injured hardly at all this season other than a slight strain which caused 2 games to miss only while having a lot of full 90s.

wtf is this Enzo agenda? Enzo was just as shit as everybody else, and when going for extra attackers you don't want to lose defensive solidity by leaving enzo on one side of the midfield by himself. It's been shown poch can do well with his Tottenham 2019 campaign but he needs time to settle in and let the team develop tactically, bring in actual players the team needs and in general to let the manager do his job.
