I share with you this beautiful hymn “Nada Te Turbe” (Let Nothing Disturb You), written by Saint Teresa of Avila ( 1515- 1582) , a Spanish Catholic nun who originated the Carmelite Reform. She was a Doctor of the Church, a mystic and writer of spiritual classics. She was canonized on March 12, 1622 by Pope Gregory XV.
This hymn sends us a message of Faith and Trust in God. We should not be afraid to face challenges and adversities in life for God is always with us.
