I still have 2 pairs of these that where deadstock until recently and it’s STILL an amazing performer, cushioning has definitely gotten better and you can feel it with these, they’re pretty durable and I’ve used them outdoors, sucks that we’ll most likely never have a retro of these, definitely definitely one of the GOAT basketball shoes

Solid video homie! I remember having the Kyrache colorway but they fit small/narrow on me, so they killed my feet. Casual wise, I should've kept them since the cushion was tolerable for lifestyle wear haha.
These and the Curry2 both were great shoes

Before to watching the video, i would like to say...Kyrie 2 was one of my best shoe: outlook , court feel, colorways, traction.
The only things bad was the impact protection and ventilation
and the cushion
mine still works today but the glue expire and i need them to be repaired still a great shoes to play with my all time fave

I always have this in my gym bag. How long has that been? I don't know. I don't care. The moment I slip out in any shoe I am using, I always find myself switching to my Kyrie 2 Infernos and just ball. Fit and traction, that's really all that should matter in any basketball shoe.
Try the new mb.02 slime just released there fire got them as soon as they came out
For me it ranks top 1. Aside from the tongue padding it was perfect for my playstyle but the tongue padding was a minor inconvenience at most
My all time favorite Kyrie is the Kyrie 4 🔥🔥🔥

One of the best outsoles ever. Too bad the cushion and forefoot material was stiffer than brick. Still a solid shoe in retrospect.
Legit, I still wear mine and still stop too hard sometimes it fucks my hip/knee LOL I don't mind the midsole, it kind of softens as you play more

Literally had the same pair since 2016 (though I took probably 3 year hiatus from bball in that time). These are STILL holding up, though I'm finally looking for a new pair of ball shoes. Got any suggestions for shoes similar to these? I already looked into just getting another pair on Goat or StockX, but it's just too damn expensive for something that's almost 8 years old. Would love anyone's advice! I like traction and court feel the most.
