An Era's Tour movie reaction as the finale for the Swiftie Saturday series would be so fun!! (post concert for Calvin and the gals of course) That way Eric can experience Taylor performing live, the energy of the Swifties, and the pure technological and logistical craziness that goes into each show, and Calvin would be able to compare the live concert to the movie and see the changes made to the setlist. It would definitely be an editing challenge, but I would absolutely love to see it!

Taylor has mentioned many times that she loves performing ALL her songs, partly because if it's a song that she has bad memories connected to it, she feels that the audience reaction/interaction changes the meaning of the song for her. She once said that she will always perform Love Story and Shake it Off, because she has never liked the idea of going to a concert and not hearing the most popular song. She also loves people getting engaged to Love Story and so she will always play it.
- Taylor was 16-18 when she wrote the Fearless album.
- It is still to this day the most awarded country album of all time.
- The song Fearless was written as an ode to the best first date you could ever have.
- You Belong With Me is a fictional song; she overheard an argument that one of her friends was having and she pulled out her notebook, sat down in the hallway, and wrote the idea for the song.
- Love story was inspired by both an argument that she had with her parents and the fact that she had been reading Romeo and Juliet in school. Taylor wrote it while laying down on her bedroom floor in 20 minutes. She has said that looking back on it, she was being extremely dramatic, and loves to laugh about it now.
Personally my favorite Fearless songs are NOT being performed, but I still love the 3 that are performed.
My favorites are: Hey Stephen, The Other Side of the Door, and The Way I Loved You. Mr.Perfectly Fine joined the list after Taylor's version was released.
I really think the only reason she's not performing debut is because of the time constraint and because it has not been released as Taylor's Version. I think that she knew she had to do reputation because so many fans love it, but she probably thought she could get away with not performing debut because less people know about it.
P.S. don't forget to teach them the hand heart in Fearless and the double clap in You Belong With Me.

This will always be my favorite Taylor Era mainly due to this being the one I grew up with and is what I think of first when I think of Taylor Swift
What a treat to have this so soon! Swiftie Saturdays with you guys have quickly become my version of being a kid waking up to watch your favorite cartoons on saturdays. The happiness of it. I get my breakfast ready and enjoy this. So, thanks for making my day start with such cool and positive vibes here.
I love that the guys appreciated this era for what it is. Some people don't get that while she still sings this, it was written in her teens, so it belongs to that perspective and moment in time.
On that same note and to answer Eric's question: on tours she always sings this and with good attitude. I don't remember if I heard her say this or read it in comments that she will never not sing these fans' favorites because she doesn't know if this is their first and only time seeing her, and she had been that kid going to a concert and leaving heartbroken when they didn't include her favorite/popular song. So she will deliver. I also think for some other artists it may be frustrating when people only want their hits, but do not appreciate their other work, so there may be some resentment to playing certain songs, but with Taylor, all her songs receive love. Swifties will get just as wildly excited if she plays a random deep cut than if she plays a hit, probably even way more.

22:34 “I got chills again” - As a die hard swiftie of almost 20 years, I don’t really go back to Love Story all that much just because I’ve played it to death at this point but whenever it comes on shuffle or I see her perform it live on Disney+ I get chills and tear up a little when that key change hits. I think it’s because not only is it a pivotal moment in the song where she changes a narrative we were all familiar with, but it was a also pivotal moment in her career being the song that really took off so to see her all these years later performing that song to bigger and bigger crowds with each tour is just insane ❤

Never listened to her until pandemic. Then I did a deep dive and haven’t looked back. I’m much older, in my mid 50’s, I didn’t listen to her songs before then. But I think these early country albums become more relatable the older you get. It’s remarkable the way she has been able to write that so clearly, now her writing has evolved to almost poetry and uses metaphors but still conveys the feeling & emotions.
Fearless is (her words) about having fear & doing it anyway. It is the most awarded country album in the history of country music.
Don’t know what era you’ll do next, but the next era on tour, after fearless, is the Red era. Im sure you know she changed the Eras tour in May. I think you are doing the songs in the set. The Red era songs are the following, in order:

I was never ss much of a fan of fearless as other albums but my appreciation for You belong with me was strong and has been reawakened by knowing its going to be in the playlist of songs for part 2 of Bridgerton season 3. It's so Polin coded, i wonder if the guys will notice it now they've heard the song
This era was when I learned about her upper & lower case letters in the track & thank yous of the booklet to the CD. I deciphered & listened to this CD with my mom, who LOVED her but country wasn't my thing. This CD was the kinda crossover for me and I loved it. If I could afford tickets, I would go to a concert. Just once. But I have hospital bills this year.
Would be awesome for you guys to include all songs from the original eras tour setlist going forward, especially if Eric is going to react to the movie!!

Please Please Please do not mix folklore and evermore together... I just think they really deserve separate videos and I think the boys could potentially love these songs the most. Just really her best songwriting and something that brought on so many new fans. Love this series
