The form is a little stiff in the knees. Your job is not to move w/ the Music, it is to 🧘 and adjust your frequencies and clear your own meridian with your movements and breaths, your form looks nice enough.
👏🏽 👏🏽... But the motion no matter breathe, not squat flow into your rising 🐎 stance, it is never a performance, because your are cultivating at all times? Right, it is alway life, the meditation aspect of it!

The flute is way too loud, maybe it is my ear bud, but the Pan is loud as fukk in my ear... and yes this is coming from an Ex-Armory Student, The Taoist Temple in 🇨🇳.
If you have a studio? Then pay a pianist to bring a keyboard, the video is so loud.. WHHHHHHAAAAAT? 👂🏼 🤚🏾
